You must notify 12jl immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account.
12jl conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable Philippine regulations. You may be required to submit a government-issued identification document, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. The Company reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending completion of verification.
12jl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as may be made available on the Platform from time to time. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. 12jl does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any withdrawal will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible, as part of the Company's anti-money laundering controls.

Deposits are generally credited to your 12jl account balance in real time or within a few minutes, subject to the processing times of the relevant payment provider. Account balances that remain dormant for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee as disclosed in the Platform's fee schedule. Players are encouraged to log in regularly and to withdraw funds they do not intend to use for gaming purposes.

12jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are intended for personal, recreational use only and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the 12jl Platform without the prior written consent of the Company.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 12jl and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 12jl makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform or any game thereon.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude the Company's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information by 12jl is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
12jl complies with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law or as necessary to operate the Platform.
